That means, this set of menu contain a high calorie. You can choose low calorie sushi to avoid high cholesterol for your healthy. However, if you love sushi very much you can control your appetite to choose a safe and healthy sushi. Here you are some tips to select a healthy sushi for your lunch.

1.      Sashimi only contain of raw fish without rice. The fish, which usually used are tuna, salmon, mackerel, yellow tail, octopus, squid, and soon. The use of salt water fish are better than freshwater fish, since freshwater fish tend to contain parasites that cause health problems. Sashimi itself contains the meaning of cut fish and choosing the proper food.
