Importance of Water

It is stated that humans require at least eight glasses, which is approximately 2 liters of water every day. The reasons are as follows:-

1. Without water, no human being can survive. Due to its adhesive nature in the architectural design of the cell, it prevents water damage to DNA repair mechanisms, hence creating a more efficient DNA mechanism efficient, because fewer abnormal DNA is printed.

2. Water is the major solvent for all meals, vitamins and minerals. Water is used in food-solving mechanism by breaking food down into small particles and lastly, it is used in metabolism and the digestion of food.
